Order

Delivery

Doiycustom S.L. undertakes to deliver the goods in perfect condition in the delivery address you indicate on the order form. You can request delivery of the articles, at another address and other person other than the undersigned the order. Payment

The orders placed on the website thewoweffectcompany.com are not automatically charged. The payment will have to be made in relation with your payment terms after receiving the final order confirmation from our team.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the full property of DOIYCUSTOM until full payment is made.

Lack of conformity

In the case of lack of conformity and also if you receive an incorrect order that does not comply with the initial request, it must inform us within 48 hours after he has knowledge of it, emailing info@thewoweffectcompany.com with your data, indicating the number of your order, the anomaly detected and photos of such incidence.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, Doiycustom SL is responsible for the replacement costs.

In compulsory to read the instructions for the proper use and installation of the product and documentation by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty will be invalid in case of faults or damage caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical damage, wear, installation or product misuse, tampering or use not in accordance with the instructions of the supplier. Also excluded from the warranty, products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person  no authorized by the supplier. Responsibility and liability

Doiycustom S.L. responsibility in connection with any product purchased on thewoweffectcompany.com is strictly limited in any case, to the purchase price of that product and will not be compromised for simple errors or omissions that may have taken place, (taken all necessary precautions the presentation of the products). Doiycustom S.L. not be responsible for a customer or third party for any indirect operating losses or profits, that may have occurred. Doiycustom S.L. not be held liable for breach of contract made in case of stock outs or product unavailability of force majeure, interruption of business or total or partial strike, especially postal services and means of transport or communications, flood or fire. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor your right to cancel the contract. In case of dispute, the customer may apply, first to Doiycustom S.L. to reach an amicable resolution.

Written communications and notifications

For contractual purposes, you agree to use email as a means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements. Delivery

The delivery of each product may depend on many factors such as origin, the available stock, the timing of holidays, etc. Our team will indicate in the final Order confirmation the estimated date of arrival of your order; we may offer split deliveries. If you don’t’ accept back orders, please inform our team.

The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and order amount. It will appear in the shopping cart.

Nullity and inefficacy of the clauses

If any clause in these Conditions declared totally or partially invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity will affect only that provision.
